Hallucinatory Nemesis: Hero can project impressions of himself performing superhuman feats into his opponents mind. If the opponent fails his Psyche feat versus this power, the hero will seemingly possess some superhuman power that gives him an advantage over his opponent (normally hyper-speed, hyper-strength, body resistance, or gliding flight). Unlike normal “Nemesis” ability, this power is effective against normal humans too and can target as many subjects as the hero can mentally fool by rank (each will perceive the same power though, which is why the hero is normally limited to the universally advantageous powers listed above). As with normal Hallucination, the rank decreases with each additional target. Thus a hero with Amazing Hallucinatory Nemesis can target three opponents in combat, but they only need to make Remarkable Psyche feats to resist the power… and even if they fail the feat, the hero only appears to possess a Remarkable rank power to them.
