Significant changes for A-X:
- The King of Lesotho is the supreme ruler of the country, but is generally disinterested in politics, allowing the parliament exceptional liberties with the day-to-day running of the country. As leader, the King is much more interested in having parties and social events than anything else, although his word is law, and he can easily use that power if he so chooses. The King currently has 7 wives, and is rumored to be on the lookout for more. When the King isn't paying attention (which is more often than not), the Prime Minister is the most powerful person in the country.
-The Desertification in many areas of the high plateaus has resulted in a high desert environment, surrounded on all sides by mountains. The lowlands have more arable land, with temperate forests and bush.
-Many areas of what has become high desert plateaus were in former times full of mines and mining operations. It is not fully known what minerals or substances were being mined from the area, but mining in the High Desert has decreased significantly over the years.
