If you often purchase downloads of sourcebook material from online shops you often lose what money you may have saved when it comes to printing out a hard copy of the document. You can save ink and paper by printing two pages per sheet and, by 'flipping' the printed page over, printing on the reverse or 'blank' side of the page. This link gives a quick tutorial on how to print multiple pages per sheet for a number of software packages and document types. Reformat Your Documents to Save Paper

Another tip for getting the most ink from your cartridge. Don't change the cartridge just because the printer tells you to!
Yes that's right! If you actually wait until there's visible signs that the printer is running out of ink i.e. gaps in the printout, colours not printing properly, etc. then you'll probably have gotten anything up to another 100 pages of printouts from your cartridge!

My printer doesn't tell me anything. (I must not have gained that power yet... gotta try that Stunt again!)
I usually find out that we're out of ink the hard & old-fashioned way- by having half my documents print out in ghost-script...
