Alrighty, got to writing some stuff down based on some philosophical readings I was doing for class and this is what I came up with for Utopia or Something close. Judge it how you will, It may or may not make sense to you; either way you can use it as you will. If you have any questions you can reply to this thread with them and I will do my best to answer them. Thanks..The clergy of Madness.
In the near future,
Not beyond your realm of life, the world is forever changed by the ideas of one person. He was not a genius, nor was he a mutant of some sorts with estranged powers. He was one man with the pure ability to step back and fix the modern problems In a world of growing threats he stepped away from the world and founded one idea. That idea spurred the world we have now. One world where no one went hungry, everyone had the ability to worship alongside each other in a pleasant manner. Everyone was given the chance to live. This man fixed the problems of the modern cultures and allowed order to fulfill its four fold course within the lives of every human, mutant and the like.
Political: In the past society was solely dependent on a form of government that held them within control of themselves, it protected the very rights that were given to them at birth. They (the government) were responsible for saying who lived or died, who was kept prisoner in the very shackles of life. He released us from that need when he took the evil from mans heart. How did he do that you ask, he simply pointed out to everyone on earth that there was simply to much good to need evil. Once the discontent for the governmental figures and cultural barriers was brought down there simply was no need for evil. Thus the world turns without a need for a government, the government of the people is simply the restraints of the human imagination.
Culture: the Great liberator spoke of one culture rather than many, the human culture. He said that from the beginning of time it was evident that there was to be one culture culminating of the beliefs of the entire world. This culture was solely based on the beliefs that every human had, You have the right to believe what you want to make your life as prosperous and happy as possible. Language was shown to be connected by a single strand of context so that if you combined them you would go back to the root language, this language is now the common language on earth; the only other reason for languages is for those who would like to read primary sources of the religious books. Religious beliefs were left alone, after all infringing on those rights would be infringing on the natural rights that you can believe whatever your choice, limited only by the fact that you cannot violate anyone else’s natural rights or their life. To say in one word what accompanies the great souls of all humans now, Tolerance. Race is a thing of the past, the great liberator used already founded technology and scientific studies to speak on the fact that all humans bore the same blood, literally, and separating you from another "race" was like separating you from your family. The belief that All humans are connected has brought forth many a philosopher looking to fulfill the greatness of thought that the great liberator achieved.
As far fetched the ideas appears to be, the logic around them has enlightened...the world. Men and Women, children and the elderly they are all allowed to become as one in what is called the Enlightened society. One where there is no fear of crime because everyone has the same common beliefs. There is no discrimination of race, why because if you discriminate one race you discriminate the entire race; of humans. There is no restraints or laws that say my religion is better, or has more of a steady foundation for the laws of man...you are allowed to believe in whatever you believe to be true; that best fulfills your life, and allows you to live happily. There is no set sexual boundaries, conscious as your guide; the only borders to your preferences is your own emotional barriers and those of the other person, keeping in mind that you must respect others personal wishes as well. Otherwise you would be voiding there rights.
Products/Production: Modern technology is still a growing interest, but not because of money or fame. Everyone could have that, but for the stretching of your minds abilities; this is the only driving force for enhanced technology. Foundations have came together to form food supply aids that allow the proper disbursement of food to families. One of the first things the liberator did was speak on the harms of introducing such toxins as found in processed food or "greased" food. This does not prevent it, but education on such topics is what really matters. Without knowledge one cannot make a proper and right decision that best fits what he/she truly wants. As well toxins such as alcohol, tobacco, and other substances that otherwise alter the perception of the user, were not outlawed but rather the people were educated of the long term effects. For a while it became a growing fad, but the Great Liberator knew something as he backed away from problems. Human instinct is to try and better themselves by doing the impossible, before when it was illegalized the human mind saw it as a way to alter itself; even if it was for the worst. When it was no longer beyond reach the body stopped wanting it, and thus the fad was gone and over with.
It seems that these ideas would contradict with the one idea that the great liberator put forth, but when the people slowly stepped back as he had done; when he "allowed" them to see what he saw. The true nature of humans was shown.
Within these three areas the great liberator fulfilled the need to remove certain ideas that most humans held and allowed ideas of furthering the human race to enter. He did not brainwash or manipulate them in any way, he only cleared an area so that these ideas could enter. Before humans were stubborn and wanted to live materialistically rather than what they were truly here for...to live. Materials will come and go, but you will live one after; so doesn't that seem purpose enough to rid yourself of material possessions so that you may enjoy what is here to stay? This was the question the Great Liberator envisioned going through every humans mind before he was killed, it was his death that truly sparked the interest in his words; and he knew it. The great law of the universe, Something must happen drastic to make a small change.

The Campaign takes place in this new era of human life where the Liberator has changed life to include just a bit more of a human touch to the mix.
The reason to play: The game will start off where supers are just appearing; a Cosmic clock has struck twelve midnight and eruptions of Mutants are happening. One man steps forward to oppose the philosophy's of the Liberator; he does it in the most terryfing way, His mutant power of influence has once again put the fear of evil back into mens hearts.
The liberator stepped forward to oppose this man but the damage was already done, the liberator was made an example of by this man (Calling himself Neo Napoleon) on National Television. With no governments set up world wide and no need for weapons after the philosophy of the liberator, Neo Napoleon was able to take the world by storm and place himself as Emperor.
The Players should be devout followers of the ways of the Liberator and with there new found powers are to try and stop Neo Napoleon who basically acts as the Apocalypse of this world.
