Did i read that right? You wrote that netbook? If so, man that is one great and funny book, I love the "handbook to villainy" approach in the front and love the real world villains in there also. Great resource for a campaign i am currently running.

Nope. I didn't write the netbook, well, I added a few comments here and there. It was a compilation of material readily available on the web. It was removed from the site as many of those articles (plus others) are now featured on the main site.
